This is no longer Grandma's buffet

Hunt Country Traditional - all toughened up

Natural Mahoghany top

Black, rubbed bottom with subtle silver highlights

Lined drawers are pretty icing on the cake

Kinda Ralph Lauren rugged

Could be filled with anything ... just couldn't resist the booze !

The funny thing is - I didn't like this piece when I began working on it.  

Now, I love it. 

 It evolved into a glammed-up Marlboro Man.

We need some macho influence in this world of creamy shabbiness.  

This buffet now lives in a home filled with love, kids and a very sweet Saint Bernard ~ perfect!
